Dr. Polder is the BEST dermatologist I have ever had. She is attentive, caring, and very nice. She asks me how I am doing, and what I've been up to and she remembers who I am when she sees me instead of me just being another patient.

I was referred to Dr. Polder for treatment of my rosacea outbreaks. She took the time to listen to me about my previous treatments and began a new plan. The new plan worked GREAT! I began to see results within a couple of weeks. When I went in for my 1 month follow up, I was amazed at the results. Dr. Polder and her staff are always willing to take the time to listen and help you find the best treatment for you. She and her staff are very quick to respond to any and all questions. I am always telling my friends about her and the office if they are in need of a Dermatologist!

I'd had some JUVÉDERM injections before for my lips but didn't see any difference so I explained to her what I wanted and she listened! She explained the appropriate balance of upper and lower lip size and when she was done, my lips were perfect! Bigger but very natural looking! I am SO happy with the result!!

Dr. Kristel D. Polder is a board-certified dermatologist in Dallas, TX specializing in general medical dermatology, laser procedures, facial rejuvenation, injectable treatments, and non-surgical body contouring. She is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr. Polder earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston after graduating with honors from Texas A&M University. She was in the top 4% of her medical school graduating class and gained membership into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Polder served as chief resident during the final year of her dermatology residency at Anderson Cancer Center.

Since joining the Dallas Center for Dermatology and Aesthetics in 2011, Dr. Polder has remained involved with research to help advance treatment for dermatologic conditions she regularly encounters. For example, she served as investigator on several clinical trials designed to examine the efficacy and safety of lasers, in addition to the use of topical and oral skin treatments. Dr. Polder also co-authored the book Beautiful Skin Revealed: The Ultimate Guide to Better Skin.
